Good afternoon, PSA families! We had a fun and spirited homecoming week! Here is what we have coming up in the next week.

TOY Nominees 

Congratulations to our 2025 Teacher of the Year Nominees: Ms. Heisler, Ms. Drew, and Mr. Ogletree!

Testing Updates

All 8th graders will participate in the PSAT 8/9 on March 3rd and 4th. Students will receive an email indicating their testing date and time a few days prior to the test. Please ensure all students check their email for these details. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Skonieczny at ivette.skonieczny@psaschool.org.

Counselors Corner  

Trident Technical College will be hosting their annual Youth Apprenticeship Information Session this Saturday, Feb. 8 on the Thornley Campus.  Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. Two identical presentations will be given about the youth apprenticeship program, one at 9 am and another at 10:30 a.m.  Please see attached flyer here.

Blood Drive  

We had a successful blood drive today.  16 units of blood were collected.  Thank you to all who participated!  Shout out to our NHS students, Ms. LaRue, and Mr. Allen for volunteering, working and/or preparing the site for the Blood Mobile!

Registrar’s Desk  

The registration fee for 2025/2026 is due by March 10, 2025. For any questions, please email registration@psaschool.org.

Transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment. For assistance with transcripts, report cards, or related inquiries, please email records@psaschool.org.

Nurse’s Updates 

Please continue to be on the lookout for our nurse’s vaccination email and update as soon as possible if necessary.

February 14 - CCSD has a half day (PSA Full Day) - Lunch orders will not be accessible and an alternate food option will be available this day. 

February 15 - Student Intent to Return form due date

May 23 - Graduation at Northwoods Baptist 3:30pm
