SC Beta Club Convention Winners

Newly formed PSA Beta Club wins honors at convention
Oh, we saw the school name and we were wondering who they were", stated representatives from other schools at the South Carolina Beta Club State Convention recently.

Please join us in congratulating Mia Scott, Clara Baughman, Katelyn Guingrich, Zachary Lewis, Alayna Crafton, Lauren Cross, and Duaa Jamaluddin for their hard work and participation.  These students represented the newly-formed PSA Chapter of Beta Club in a big way as they received many accolades for the talent that they displayed.  At the end of the event-filled weekend in Myrtle Beach, SC, Mia Scott received Third Place in the Performing Arts Solo Duo Trio category, Clara Baughman and Katelyn Guingrich received Second Place in the Living Literature category, and Alayna Crafton, Lauren Cross and Duaa Jamaluddin received First Place in the Book Battle competition.  All of these winners have now earned themselves a spot at the National Beta Club Convention where they will compete in Louisville, Kentucky this summer for national prizes!

We would also like to offer a special thanks to Mr. Ogletree for his support and assistance in making this event a huge success for our students.  Now that PSA has made our mark at this year's convention, we look forward to many more conversations about "that school" and how they have taken the Beta world by storm!
