General Guidelines and Eligibility Requirements
  • All PSA students are eligible to apply for a Board grant following one academic year of enrollment.
  • PSA students must commit to returning to PSA for at least one academic year following acceptance and receipt of a PSA Board grant.
  • PSA students cannot apply for an additional board grant for a period of 12 months following receipt of a prior PSA Board grant.
  • Grant proposals must include a detailed description of the course of study; how it supports the mission of PSA (to include academic excellence and gifted and talented education); financial need; impact on the PSA community; cost; and prestige.
  • The cap per individual student grant request is $5,000.
  • Following completion of the summer education/learning opportunity, the Board requests that all grant recipients provide the Board with a brief statement regarding their summer program experience.
Timeline and Application Dates
  • February 21, 2022: Application Period Opens
  • March 31, 2022: Final Date for Application Submissions
  • April 7, 2022: Special Board Meeting for Board to review applications
  • April 8-15, 2022: Notifications by Board
