All current students attending PSA this year 2019-2020, must fill out the Intent to Return Form regarding plans for the 2020-2021 school year.

The most efficient way to complete the payment is to utilize the Credit Card option built right into the form!

If you’re paying with a check or cash please print email from the form submission and submit with the payment to the Front Office. For check payments please write your Student’s Name in the Memo section; and for cash payments please provide exactly $75.00 as we do not usually have change.

If the Intent to Return process is not completed, PSA cannot guarantee a hold is placed on your child’s enrollment spot.
